This is an awesome place to go to pick up specific imported items for Japanese cooking, including some imported fruits and vegetables. They have a comprehensive meat section with different variety of cuts in each type of meat for specific cooking purposes. (The beef here is excellent). There is a nice selection of imported spirits and beers. A huge fridge of imported soft drinks and teas. An extensive selection of snacks in amazing flavors. There is also a hot deli bar to get food as well as a large selection of sushi/sashimi with the proper imported condiments available. A section for beauty supplies is also available. Dont forget to check out the sections for noodles, rice, curry and othe packaged seasoning. Just take the time to browse the whole store aisle by aisle.

Wow this place is incredible in the amount of amazing fresh sushi and sashimi is incredible. Super centrally located didn't even know it existed until somebody from out of town told me about it.

Every time I miss japan I end up at tokyo central. usually at the gardena location but this one opened up so close to home. It's clean, well stocked and had enough parking. i loaded up on japanese snacks, miso soup, strong zeros and finished it off with ramen. will be back again real soon.

My friend introduced me to this 💎 gem! I really love this store for its fresh meats, fish, produce and so many Japanese and Asian foods, snacks and drinks ! It’s a definite must see ! They also have a sushi restaurant inside with a lunch/dinner time Japanese hot and delicious- small buffet style food/ramen options. You can grab some yummy and delicious lunch then shop for groceries !
